Important information

Royal Collection Trust’s Group Voucher Scheme offers preferential rates, based on the volume of business received, and special credit terms to companies bringing group visitors (admitted as part of a group of 15 people or more) to the official residences of The Queen. This includes Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Royal Mews, The Queen’s Gallery, Buckingham Palace and The Queen’s Gallery, Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Scheme enables companies to present a voucher, instead of a payment by cheque, cash or credit card, at the Ticket Office for the entry of their clients. The vouchers are accrued on a weekly basis for Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse and on a monthly basis for all other sites. An invoice is raised for the amount owing and all invoices must be paid within 14 days.

Your company may apply if you:

  •     Operate group business (visitors admitted as part of a group of 15 people or more)
  •     Have been trading for at least one year
  •     Have a UK bank account
  •     Intend to bring significant numbers of visitors to any or all of the official residences of The Queen each year


As part of your application, you will will required to submit a:

  •     Completed application form
  •     Sample voucher
  •     Credit reference.
